The Deloitte University Campus has just been awarded at the #MIPIMAwards in the category "Best Alternative Project". Thanks @MIPIMWorld !

Delivery of this tertiary campus, located in Rocquencourt. With the complete rehabilitation of two buildings, one of which has been awarded the "Architecture Contemporaine Remarquable" label, and the creation of an extension for collaborative working, the project is part of Dubuisson’s approach regarding the renovation and optimization of existing buildings.

Dubuisson Architecture is transforming an office building into a hotel residence for Edgard Suites, located rue du Hameau, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

For this 15-hectare enclosure, surrounded by nature and pavilion-style outbuildings, we opted to pursue a contextual architectural style using a scale fitted to the size of neighbouring constructions, with buildings laid out in a fan shape and opening towards the verdant greens beyond.
